A calm, practical plan to reduce cravings and change routines—so you can make choices you feel good about.
No shame. No scare tactics. You stay in control the entire time. We build safety first and move at your pace.
Triggers and routines: map when urges hit (time, place, people, feelings)
Craving strategies: fast resets you can use right away
Identity shifts: support “I’m someone who chooses differently”
If‑then plans: simple steps for high‑risk moments
Slip recovery: what to do next without shame
Step 1: Free 20‑minute call We clarify what you want to change, answer questions, and outline a plan that fits your life.
Step 2: First session (in‑person or online) Build safety, map triggers, and install new responses. You’ll leave with tools, as required, for your first week.
Step 3: Follow‑ups (as needed) 1–3 shorter sessions to reinforce new routines and refine high‑risk moments.
Note on timelines: Many people notice a shift within 1–3 sessions; we’ll tailor the plan to your needs. Results vary—your pace leads.
Evenings after work or after dinner
Social settings and “just one” logic
Stress, boredom, fatigue, and loneliness
Driving, TV, or scrolling cues
Being around others who use
Payday, celebrations, and anniversaries
Shorter urges, fewer “auto‑pilot” choices
More calm, steadier sleep and mood
Clearer boundaries with people and places
Less shame; more honest follow‑through
7–10: Let’s set your plan.
4–6: We’ll stabilise triggers and practise challenging situations first.
0–3: No rush—book a call to explore options without pressure.
Yes. You remain awake, aware, and in charge. We go only where you choose.
Many shift in 1–3 sessions. We tailor the plan and follow‑ups to your needs. We don’t believe in simply taking the addiction away — that wouldn’t feel compassionate. It’s like a surgeon asking an elderly man to hand over his walking stick and then expecting him to walk unaided. You need the right support in place first.
There's no shame in slipping, slips are data, not failure. We ask that you notice and have an awareness of when the slips took place, so we can work together to dissolve those triggers.
Yes. A quiet space with either a desktop, laptop and headphones work well.
Yes. We address triggers and routines for each, and build practical alternatives.
We work with any kind of addiction (gambling, porn, drugs etc), I believe they have a trigger eg. stress, which can be dissolved.
